Grapes

Created exclusively from 100% Sangiovese, carefully harvested from our estate's finest vineyard plots. The unique Panzanello terroir accentuates the grape's essential qualities, yielding a wine of genuine character and expression, distinguished by its natural freshness, impeccable balance, and the characteristic refinement of traditional Chianti Classico DOCG.

Maceration Time

The harvested fruit undergoes a methodical 15-day maceration in stainless steel vessels, precisely extracting color, structure, and aromatic elements without overwhelming the wine's inherent profile. This balanced approach creates a Chianti Classico of exceptional freshness and vitality, featuring welcoming tannins and remarkable drinkability.

Winemaking and Refinement

Following primary fermentation, the wine develops entirely in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 8 months, preserving vibrant fruit expression while building subtle complexity. This unadulterated approach ensures varietal authenticity remains the centerpiece of the wine's identity. A final 4-6 month bottle rest completes the integration process before release.

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, the wine displays a luminous ruby red color with exceptional transparency and brilliance. The nose reveals ripe cherry, subtle violet, and delicate aromatic herb notes, enhanced by gentle spice accents. The tasting experience offers excellent balance and flow, with refreshing acidity and refined tannins providing pleasing framework.

Alcohol Content and Structure

At 13.5% alcohol, this accessible Chianti Classico delivers medium body with outstanding drinkability. The natural acidity inherent to Sangiovese provides energy and lift, enhancing the wine's adaptability and allowing graceful evolution over several years while preserving its fundamental harmony.

Service and Temperature

For best enjoyment, serve at 60-64°F after opening the bottle approximately 30 minutes before service. A tulip-shaped glass will focus the aromatic elements and showcase the wine's aromatic precision, emphasizing its freshness and fruit-forward nature.

Food Pairings

This adaptable wine excels with classic Tuscan pasta preparations, roasted white meats, and fresh cheeses. It forms perfect partnerships with traditional ragù dishes, pici all'aglione, and selections of artisanal salumi and young pecorino. Its vibrant acidity makes it equally successful with herb-roasted chicken and fire-grilled vegetables, achieving the ideal balance between flavor intensity and textural suppleness.
