Giubileo 2025 artfully combines 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, carefully selected from specific estate parcels. The Cabernet provides structure and depth, while Merlot adds smoothness and roundness, creating a harmonious, balanced wine designed to celebrate a unique occasion.

The grapes undergo a 15-20 day maceration in stainless steel tanks with temperature-controlled fermentation. This process extracts intense fruit aromas and silky tannins, preserving the freshness of the fruit while ensuring a wine with refined structure and exceptional drinkability.

Giubileo 2025 matures for nearly two years in stainless steel tanks without oak exposure, maintaining the pure aromatic expression of the fruit. After bottling, it rests for 4 months, developing additional balance and complexity before release.

The wine presents an intense ruby red color with excellent clarity. The nose opens with vibrant cherry and red berry notes, complemented by subtle herbaceous hints characteristic of Cabernet.
