How long does the Panzanello Winery Tour and Wine Tasting last?
The Panzanello Winery Tour and Tasting lasts approximately 2 hours, from 11:00 to 16:00, from Monday to Saturday. During this time, you will be able to fully immerse yourself in the wine experience, exploring the cellar and tasting a selection of our best wines, including our 1427 Chianti Classico and Riserva 1427. The visit also includes a tasting of our IGT Toscana wine and Inis extra virgin olive oil, produced in the surrounding hills.
Which wines can be tasted during the tour of Cantina Panzanello?
During the tour you will have the opportunity to taste 4 wines selected from our production. You will be able to savor the authentic taste of our Chianti Classico and the Wine Tour and Tasting also includes the tasting of the Chianti Classico Riserva, our rosé Error 404 and the Manuzio Supertuscan , a pure Merlot with intense notes of blackberry and plum. For those who prefer a more complete experience, we recommend the Gran Tagliere con Degustazione , which includes a rich cutting board of typical Tuscan products.
Is it possible to visit the farmhouse after the Tour and Wine Tasting?
Absolutely! After enjoying the Tour and Wine Tasting you can visit our farmhouse with swimming pool , which offers three independent apartments with panoramic views of the Chianti hills. L'Ulivo, Il Castagno and La Quercia are furnished with solid wood furniture and equipped with all comforts. If you want to extend your stay, you can also participate in our Cooking Class to learn how to prepare authentic Tuscan dishes. Guests of the farmhouse can also participate in the Raccolta Tappi program to earn discounts on future stays.

The price of €36 per person for the Panzanello Winery Tour and Tasting includes a complete guided tour of the winery, where you will discover the history of the Sommaruga family who have been managing the estate founded in 1427 since 1964. The tasting includes 4 selected wines, accompanied by bruschetta seasoned with our Inis oil , Tuscan salami and pecorino cheese. For those who want a more substantial experience, we also offer the Complete Lunch at Panzanello for €85, which includes 5 wines and a complete 4-course menu prepared with local and seasonal ingredients.
