Villa of the Three Chimneys has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people (5 people + 1 additional bed) in a comfortable and spacious environment. The villa features two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, with the option to add an extra bed. One of the double bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom, while the villa offers a total of two full bathrooms plus a convenient powder room on the ground floor.

To ensure a complete and relaxing experience in the heart of Chianti Classico, the minimum required stay is 4 consecutive nights. This duration allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the Tuscan atmosphere, explore the surrounding territory, and fully enjoy the included services, such as the winery tour and tasting of Panzanello's organic wines.

Villa of the Three Chimneys does not accept pets during stays. This policy has been adopted to ensure maximum comfort for all guests and preserve the refined environment of this 15th-century historic residence, with its furnishings and outdoor spaces meticulously maintained.

The stay price includes a wide range of services to ensure a complete and worry-free experience. Check-in at Villa of the Three Chimneys is scheduled in the afternoon, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. These times have been designed to allow our staff to properly prepare the villa for your arrival and ensure the same impeccable welcome for the next guests.
